1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any SpeedSound product (including TwitterShots and PostPiper), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Our services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register or use our services.

2. Description of Services

SpeedSound, LLC provides AI-powered tools for creators and teams. Products include tweet screenshot generation, social content scheduling, and related features, available on free or paid subscription plans as described on each product's pricing page.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@speedsound.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

We support login via X (Twitter) and Google through Auth0. By using these login methods, you authorize us to receive basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars.

Billing: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by product:

• Please refer to the refund policy on each product's pricing or support page for specific terms.
• Refund requests must be submitted to contact@speedsound.co within the applicable refund window for that product.
• Fees paid outside the refund window are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price changes: We may update pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our platform or its output without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use our services to generate spam, harass others, or violate third-party rights
• Violate the terms of X (Twitter), Google, or any other third-party platform when using our tools
• Create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses
• Use our services in any way that competes with or undermines SpeedSound's business

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks associated with SpeedSound products are owned by SpeedSound, LLC and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Your content remains yours. By using our services, you grant SpeedSound a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedSound, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to users or our business. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees outside of the applicable refund window.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
